Shipping Policy

Curated Baskets/Boxes (Pre-designed)

 

All of our products are custom-made and require a cure time of 48 hours before shipment.  For this reason, we recommend that you order two weeks before you need your gift.  We ship on Mondays and we want to make sure you have enough lead time to receive your item on time.  We do keep a small stock of premade candles, so if you need something sooner please contact us to find out what's ready to ship out immediately. We are always happy to help.  



*It typically takes between 5-10 business days for shipments to arrive via standard ground shipping, which depends on the "ship to" location. If you are in a bind and need your package delivered sooner, feel free to email us at: info@centerandmainco.com, and we'll see if there is anything we can do to accommodate your gifting schedule.

We are unable to guarantee 100% specific delivery dates. However, there is a high likelihood that it will be delivered by the date requested. Also, keep in mind that we do not ship orders on Saturday's and Sunday's. Shipping occurs Monday-Friday only. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. If the delivery schedule falls on a holiday, it may also be subject to delays. Delays are not within our control and as such we cannot issue refunds, offer discounts, or accept returns for gifts that experience delays.

Your package amount is insured up to $50. You can purchase additional insurance if needed.

Return & Exchange Policy


Due to the nature of the items we include in our gift baskets/boxes, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. All sales are final and non-refundable. In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with a gift or an item included, please email us within 72 hours of delivery. You can reach us via email at: info@centerandmainco.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Replacements will be at the sole discretion of Center & Main. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, please take a picture of the item and email it to: info@centerandmainco.com within 72 hours of arrival. If more than 72 hours has gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can not offer you a replacement. Also, if your recipient disposes of the gift before we can verify the damages or discrepancy we can not issue a replacement.
